Hi friends,
Welcome to My Father's House B&B PEI and the friendly warmth of Canada's romantic Province,
Prince Edward Island. Here in Murray Harbour, on the southeast corner of our Island, you'll find tranquillity, a selection of interesting events and attractions, and a natural beauty that will draw you back time and again.

Each morning, you can awaken to the sounds of Island traffic ... birds flitting from tree to tree, cyclists and joggers heading out on the Confederation Trail, and fishing boats off to gather another load of mouth-watering lobster.

Nearby activities include down home food and music festivals, golf courses, seal/bird watching, cruises, lighthouses ... really, just about anything that catches your fancy. Our region is also known for quality crafts. You can select from red sand beaches (ideal for clam digging expeditions and beach combing) or white sand beaches (perfect for soaking up rays).

From May to December, you'll want to attend area theatre performances, and at least one evening of your stay will have to be devoted to a "Ceilidh"
(community party featuring Island fiddling, singing and dancing).

Seeking quieter times? Why not borrow our bicycles and drop in on Rossignol winery (20 mins from the B&B) to stock up for
a summer evening on our screened veranda?

      Our Murray Harbour B&B is on the banks of the peaceful South River
   a fishing village and community of 350 friendly neighbours.

We pamper our guests with comfortable accommodation, ample
   home-cooked breakfasts (select from our menu of tasty choices)
   and traditional PEI hospitality.

Canada Select has awarded our property four stars, your guarantee of such amenities as private
en suite bathrooms, in-room entertainment, telephones with private lines and quality furnishings.

We are proud to say that our water is certified pure spring water.

Common areas for you and our other guests include a large and well-equipped living room, sunny dining room, a view of the river from our back yard, and a refreshment centre in the upper sitting-room, stocked with fruit, home-baked cookies and fixings for hot and cold beverages.

If you prefer more inclusive accommodation for your family, consider our Rose Suite, with two double beds, kitchen facilities, and washer/dryer. It's bright and airy and also includes views of our lovely South river.

Memories at no additional charge include the Cape Bear Lighthouse (including it's Titanic disaster exhibit), our favourite sunset locations, restaurants and craft shops, all in close proximity
to our Prince Edward Island home.
